We are excited to offer virtual treatment to our patients. To prepare for your appointment, please take a series of five photographs following the guidelines below. Submit these photos to our office using the form on this page at least 48 hours before your appointment. 3. During your virtual appointment, our orthodontists will review the photos with you.
How to Photograph Your Smile
Please take the photos while seated in a well-lit room. For optimal results, it’s best to have someone else take the photos, as it can be challenging to do this on your own. If you have any questions about this form, please contact our office.
